Michelle was a breath of fresh air and ingenuity when she assisted the Manitoba Voluntary Sector Initiative and its Secretariat in designing a promotional brochure that clearly articulated the importance of our initiative. This was not an easy task as we have many stakeholders with varying degrees of language and comprehension who may not have understood our mission, but knowing this Michelle helped us craft language and content that worked well and met our objectives.
