Michelle Boivin, President - Boivin Communication Group Inc.Michelle has a successful track record of providing comprehensive communication and event planning services throughout Manitoba. With a decade of experience, Michelle has provided numerous tailored solutions within the social service, academic and corporate sectors. Prior to beginning work as a consultant, Michelle was Director of Communications for the Ma Mawi Wi Chi Itata Centre, Canada's largest urban aboriginal human service organization working to support the healthy development of Aboriginal children, families and communities. She also served as Communication Director for Metis Child & Family Services, and provided communication services to the Social Planning Council of Winnipeg. In addition to her communications expertise, Michelle has an extensive background in Human Resources, Training, Program Management and Research. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, and is a certified trainer/facilitator through Human Resource Development Canada. As an Aboriginal woman, Michelle believes that giving back to the community is important - and as such, volunteers with various community based organizations. |
